I just finished up an amazing event in Scottsdale called The New Way Live and I’m buzzing with energy, ideas and inspiration. The event was for millennials who are trying to make an impact through mindful and spiritual based businesses and it offered new perspectives for freely living, courageously leading, creatively earning and consciously giving.
The wisdom and perspective shared has me feeling like I’m in another dimension and the flood gates have opened up with creative things I now want to do for this tribe.
I received so many powerful messages and lessons, which I plan to write more on. One thing that hit me hard was:
“NOW matters.”
I believe that in order to make now matter we must take time to understand what is happening now, what needs to happen now and how to make the most of now. Which is why I’m taking this week to think and sort through what now genuinely looks like.
As I sift through everything that is coming up, I’m writing today just to say thank you. Thank you for your support, your replies, emails, texts, comments on Facebook and Instagram and for allowing me into your coveted inboxes.
I want you to know that I see you and I hear you.
The words of encouragement, the cries for help and all of the positive vibes everyone sends me do not go unnoticed.
I want you to know you all are the reason I do this. You’re the reason I push myself to get new blogs out every week. To consisitently post to social media with inspiration. To share my guts with you. To respond to each of you.
I also want you to know that I’ve been quietly paying attention to what you say, what you reach out to me for, the questions you have and the support you need.
I’m taking this week to reflect and to allow myself some time for self-care and gratitude, away from work and the hustle bustle of life. I want to really soak in everything I’m learning and hearing from my spirit.
You may be wondering why this message and email are different than most I send out. It’s because I wanted to make this week more about this tribe than anything. I wanted to take time to say thank you. I also wanted to take time for reflection so that I can share more authentically with you. And lastly,
I have some important and exciting news…
I’ve been taking this journey to heart. Over the past few weeks I’ve had so many people reach out to me about coaching, needing help with addictions, sobriety, life and facing changes that need to be made. I feel a very strong call to give back. Now.
So, next week I’ll be announcing a give away for one-on-one coaching with me. It will be a contest for you to win sessions and mentorship from me. All the details will come soon.
Thank you for letting me be part of your journey and for sharing along in mine. Thank you for allowing me the space to share and for watching my own recovery continue to unfold. I’m truly looking forward to hearing from more of you and working with you to create the changes you have been praying and hoping for.
Life is happening NOW. Let’s do it together. Let’s start doing the things we dream of NOW. Let’s make NOW become full of the real desires of our hearts.
Because if not now, then when?
Namaste, reflections and gratitude from Long Island, NY.

Great message. Have you read Tolle? Power of Now? That book changed the way I see things. I’m happy you’ve been so electrified! I can feel it like a pulse right off the screen!

Such a worthwhile message. I used Tolle and his concepts in a post from a bit ago. Enjoy if you wish!
